Bathroom

All our bathrooms contain high quality fixtures and fittings and with high quality cabinetry built in house. We also offer the option to upgrade tiles & tapware.

Flooring & Decks

Flooring: All of our designs incorporate traditional tongue and groove (T&G) floors crafted from hardwearing cypress, excluding wet areas. We use cypress because it’s high density and hardness make it robust and durable. Our floors are lightly sanded and finished with a non-toxic, water based finish. Without the need for sanding, these floors are easily maintained with a simple recoat if required.

Decks: Eco cottage decks are made of clear finished cypress, These hardwearing decks can be adjusted for size to suit your outdoor living requirements. Ceiling fans can be installed, as can matching cypress screens for weather protection, light control or additional privacy.

Window's and Doors

We manufacture our own windows and doors using seasoned cypress. Our designs incorporate Australian made Breezeway louvered galleries.

Customizable Features

We can design & build special features by request. Each cottage can be sited in various ways to maximise aspect, topography and visual amenity, making adapting to difficult sites more cost effective than other solutions.
